We spent the entire weekend at the lake in the water trying to stay cool. Since our water heater broke I've been taking cold showers and it has really helped cool down and with the condition of my hair and skin. A bad had been turned into a positive I guess. It is so hot. I'm so not acclimatized to heat. And for the most part it doesn't get hot for that long in the summer. You are closer to the beach than I am too ;) I think that acclimatizing is a huge part of it.
